The Inn is Closed December to Mid-April,
except by special arrangement*.

Payment: Personal check, money order or cash
Smoking Policy: No smoking with the exception of the outside verandahs, the lawn areas, and the pool.
Children Policy: The B&B is not appropriate for children under 12. (Remember that Carr Creek Cabin, our housekeeping vacation home, is a wonderful getaway for the whole family.)
Pet Policy: No Pets
Check In 4-9 p.m. in the B&B and 3-6 p.m. in the cabin. If you plan to arrive near the later end of this time we would appreciate knowing, thank you.
Check Out: 11 a.m. for the B&B and 10 a.m. for the cabin, but you are welcome to use the grounds and pool area after you have checked out.

One night's deposit MUST BE MADE WITHIN A WEEK to confirm your reservations. A 10 day cancellation notice required for refund (minus $15.00 cancellation fee). Most weekends and holidays require a 2 night minimum. Sorry, there is no refund for early departure or missed meals, though we will try to accommodate to your needs. All room rates are based on single or double occupancy--please inquire if you will need accommodations for an extra person. Cabin rates are based on 4 person, with an additional $25/day charge for each additional guest. (Cabin guests, inquire if you would like to add breakfast with you stay.)
