Getting to Carrville:
From Redding or Eureka, take Hwy 299 to Weaverville. Take Hwy. 3 out of
Weaverville to the North end of Trinity Lake (6 miles past Trinity
Center). After the rock tailings at the North end of the lake, turn left
on the first paved road (Carrville Loop Road) and go 1/2 mile.
From Yreka take Hwy. 3 over Scott Mountain. Continue 2 miles past Coffee Creek. Turn right on Carrville Loop Road.
