Minimum Stay: 3 night minimum

2009 Rates:
April 15 through May 20: Inn $850 per night. $4950 weekly rate*. Inn and Cabin $1000 per night. $5850 weekly rate*.
May 21 through September 8: Inn $1050 per night. $6350 Weekly rate*. Inn and Cabin $1250 per night. $7450 weekly rate*.
September 9 through October 31: Inn $850 per night. $4950 weekly rate*. Inn and Cabin $1000 per night. $5850 weekly rate*.

5% Trinity County Occupancy tax added to all rates.
$500 refundable security deposit required.

*weekly rate (7 nights) Rates apply for up to 14 people for the Inn and up to 4 people in the Cabin

addition person charge $75 per night

Payment: Personal check, money order or cash.
Smoking Policy: No smoking with the exception of the outside verandahs, the lawn areas, and the pool.
Pet Policy: Guests may bring horses and other pack animals. The Barn, Corrals, and Pasture are available for horses and pack animals, but feed is not provided. Guests are expected to care for and clean up after their animals. No Pets inside the Inn. Well behaved dogs accommodated by prearrangement.
Check In 3-6 p.m. If you plan to arrive later please make arrangements in advance, thank you.
Check Out: 11 a.m., but you are welcome to use the grounds and pool area after you have checked out.

One night's deposit MUST BE MADE WITHIN A WEEK to confirm your reservations. Full payment including a $500.00 security deposit must be received 30 days prior to your stay. A 30 day cancellation notice required for refund. Sorry, there is no refund for late arrival or early departure, though we will try to accommodate your needs. All rates are based on a maximum of 18 people--please inquire if you will need accommodations for extra persons.
